These technologies are not novel .  FTIR has been the backbone of material analysis for quite some time .  These systems are readily admitted in a court setting as evidence.  Several laboratories in the US even offer drywall sample analysis as part of a Chinese drywall test.  The issue is that, in a lab setting, each sample costs $150 to $200 for analysis on just one of the two machines.  Analysis on the second will involve another $150 to $200.  An average home requires upwards of 75 samples of drywall for a comprehensive test.  In this setting , comprehensive Chinese wallboard inspections would involve $20,000 in testing fees alone.  Add to that the cost of collecting samples and the insurance policy premium, and Chinese drywall inspections could cost $23,000.

Obviously, that is not a price that the vast majority can afford .  Chinese drywall inspections at that cost is not a realistic option.  Our Chinese drywall t inspection is the only financially realistic and guaranteed option on the market at this time .

What does FTIR Chinese drywall inspection involve ?

Fourier Transformed Infrared Spectroscopy, or FTIR, , uses infrared light that either passes through or is reflected by a sample.  The spectrum that is produced is compared to a huge volume of known spectrum to determine the identity of the material .  No two compounds will produce the same results under FTIR analysis, creating a great tool for identifying unknown compounds at a molecular level.

Branches of the First and Second Bank of the United States were also located in Charleston in 1800 and 1817. The Market Hall and Sheds, where fresh meat and produce were brought daily, became the commercial hub of the city .
